Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy, employing various therapeutic modalities based on each client’s unique background, preferences, and needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable objectives, regularly reviewing their progress and adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current mental health license in New Jersey as one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
