Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Start Date: 10/19/2026

End Date: 01/18/2027

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Hours/Week: 36 hours/week

Employment Type: Temporary/Travel

Licenses/Certifications: RRT, ACLS, BCLS, IN license (required)

Experience: Minimum 18 months recent ICU experience, 2+ years preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $50.69/hr

What You'll Do:

• Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostic services to ICU patients and during floating assignments across multiple hospital units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered respiratory care.
• Administer and monitor ventilator support, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct neuro diagnostics and assessments as part of critical care procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and quality standards.
• Float between facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals as needed.
• Support patient education and assist with emergent situations as necessary.

What You Need:

• Valid Indiana RRT license and NBRC certification
• ACLS and BCLS certifications
• Minimum 18 months recent ICU experience
• Willingness to work every other weekend

Preferred:

• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Previous float experience across multiple hospitals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
