HR Assistant

Supporting the HR department in a full-time remote capacity, the HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment regulations while collaborating with the HR team. Key responsibilities Assist with background screening and onboarding compliance for new employees Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees and follow up on outstanding items Research and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
