Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual sessions via video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices to support adults facing a broad spectrum of emotional disorders, including anxiety and depression.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and fellow therapists to create and administer comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Leverage digital tools and automated assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans based on real-time data.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with best practices for telehealth services.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Soul Support, you will serve a diverse clientele with varying mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active and independent LCSW license in the state of California; additional state licenses are highly regarded.

• A minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices to adult clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and relevant experience.
