Everything you need to complete a successful flooring, kitchen or bath project including all of the needed supplies. We are a one-stop shop to manage a project from beginning to end.

Position Summary
Under supervision of the Showroom Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for growing sales by selling new memberships, cultivating existing Member accounts and assuring profitability of each assigned account.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate prospects from an assigned marketing territory
- Sell memberships to personal prospects
- Maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring products in order to be able to better sell to and service Members and clients
- Encourage new Members to activate memberships by making their first purchases
- Assist in showroom promotions and events
- Sell products to Members and their clients
- Instruct Members on maintaining control of clients
- Follow up on orders
- Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization of samples

Ability to suggest alternative solutions, use reason even when dealing with emotional topics, solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where limited standardization exists, perform tasks accurately and thoroughly, complete tasks correctly and on time, prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently and set professional goals and objectives.

Ability to listen well to others without interrupting, speak clearly and persuasively, solicit and respond appropriately to questions and make effective presentations in both one-on-one and group situations.
Teamwork
Ability to be objective and open to others' points of view, build individual commitments to group goals and objectives and accept feedback from others.
Schedule
- Full-time, minimum 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (on a rotation schedule)
Compensation & Benefits
- Average first year salary of $65,000, uncapped commission.

- Paid time off, accruing up to 20 days per year based on tenure
- Company observed holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
