Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Miami, FL. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and manage a robust pipeline of prospective projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with internal design and construction teams, and supporting contract negotiations. The role will also involve attending industry events, tracking market trends, and collaborating with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and achieve revenue and growth targets. Qualifications Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills focused on B2B and industrial or construction markets. Experience in strategic planning, market research, and opportunity analysis to identify and prioritize target accounts and sectors. Proficiency in proposal development, presentation design, and client-facing communication, including negotiating scope and commercial terms. Ability to collaborate effectively with project management, engineering, and construction teams to align client needs with technical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, professional email and report writing. Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in design-build, industrial facilities, manufacturing, or related construction sectors is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working on-site and visiting client facilities and project locations across South Florida as needed.
