Implementation Manager

We're hiring an Implementations Manager to lead the onboarding and deployment of our software for manufacturing and distribution clients. You'll manage each implementation end to end, keeping projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with client requirements. The role moves quickly and the product continues to evolve, so you'll need to adapt, prioritize, and communicate clearly as conditions change. You will report to the Director of Implementation. You'll act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, owning the implementation lifecycle from project planning through post-implementation support. Work with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Build implementation plans for each client, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Configure the software to client specifications, in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout implementation, including software developers, QA analysts, and customer support. Maintain detailed documentation and keep precise notes and account details in HubSpot projects. Pivot and prioritize across multiple accounts, keeping timelines and expectations in scope. Run regular status meetings with clients to share progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. Lead user training sessions so clients can use the software's features effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for post-implementation support, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating technical issues as needed. Evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Work with sales and account management to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage. Responsibilities Meet or exceed implementation deadlines. Requirements and Skills 3+ years in software and process change implementation, preferably SaaS, working with manufacturers and distributors. Project management experience, with a track record of managing multiple projects at once and delivering on time. Ability to pivot and prioritize across multiple accounts while keeping timelines and expectations in scope. Detailed documentation skills, with experience keeping precise notes and account details in HubSpot projects. Experience working directly with a development team throughout delivery. Clear communication skills across clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work through ambiguity.
