Job Title: Customer Service & Property Tax Research Associate


Location: Onsite - TX 75234

Pay Rate: $17/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST)

Job Overview


The Customer Service & Property Tax Research Associate will be responsible for researching property tax information for properties nationwide. The role involves conducting online research and contacting government agencies over the phone to gather accurate tax-related data. We are seeking candidates with strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Prior tax experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Research property tax information for properties across the United States
• Perform online research using county and government databases
• Contact tax offices and government agencies via phone to obtain required information
• Accurately document and update tax-related data
• Provide professional and clear communication with external agencies
• Ensure accuracy while meeting productivity and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to conduct detailed research and navigate online systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite and follow a fixed schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in property tax, taxation, or related research
• Call center or office-based customer service experience
