Marketing Director

Job Description

The Marketing Director will lead and execute a balanced marketing approach across several dealerships within one region. This role requires strategic oversight of marketing initiatives, strong leadership of an in-house marketing team, and effective management of budgets to maximize reach and impact. This is not a remote position, office is based in Jackson, WI. Occasional travel is expected to support dealership activities and regional marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple dealerships
Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team to achieve business objectives
Oversee marketing budgets ensuring cost-effective campaign execution
Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and sales
Collaborate with sales and dealership management to align marketing efforts
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Coordinate occasional travel to support regional marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in marketing management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Expertise in digital marketing and market research
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven strategic planning capabilities
