Business Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Pitman & Wardley is a small, award-winning architecture and design firm located in downtown Salem, Massachusetts. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Business Manager / Bookkeeper to support our firm’s day-to-day financial and business administration. The candidate should have at least two years of professional experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, T-Sheets, invoicing, bill payment, and general business administration. Experience working with architecture, design, or other professional service firms is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with basic marketing, advertising, or social media coordination is also a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. This is a flexible part-time position, with an anticipated schedule of approximately 10 hours per week in the office.
