Responsible for a specified area of a large project, or entire small or medium project. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture. Responsible for client relationship. Roles and Responsibilities The Area Superintendent possesses competency in the following areas to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality and productive (SQP) manner.
