If you're driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we'd love to hear from you.$160,000 - $189,997 a yearWhat You Will DoManage and coach a team of BDRs to generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the sales team.Lead a highly motivated and high-achieving Sales team, including hiring, training and mentoring.Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance of the inbound and outbound team to ensure quotas are met and achieved.In partnerships with Revops and Marketing, provide reporting on lead volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversions, and sales opportunities generated against each marketing campaign.Closely monitor metrics against goals and call out any issues with a proactive solution if issues are identified.Experience directly managing a team of SDR/BDR's (growth-stage experience highly preferred).Experience as a quota achieving BDR.Metrics-driven - driving the team to keep on top of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets.Strong executive presence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and business ethics.Expert in using Salesforce and other sales tools/products (Outreach, Gong...) to drive productivity.Proven ability to effectively hire and train new reps.Growth Mindset, a desire to bring out the best in your teams.
