Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Surgical ICU / Oncology

Schedule: 12-hour Day/Night rotating shifts or Nights

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of current/ongoing ICU experience within the last 12 months
- EPIC charting experience required
- Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care setting for adults with complex medical needs.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Perform ventilator management and titration of vasopressors/cardiac drips.
- Manage CRRT/CVVHD, external ventricular drains (EVD), and ICP monitoring.
- Administer medications and manage blood product transfusions as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 72 hours
- RNs must have a valid compact or state license at the time of submission
- Strong urgency for compliance with fingerprinting requirements
- References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/director
- Current facility employees are ineligible; former employees eligible after 6 months
