Float Phlebotomist (4x10)

Labcorp seeks a Float Phlebotomist for hospital locations in the Seattle area, working overnight shifts (Wednesday–Saturday, 9pm–7:30am). The role involves blood collection, specimen processing, patient service, and administrative support across multiple facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen logs
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- Washington State phlebotomy license (MA-P) or filed application at time of hire
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- At least 21 years old
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- 2 or more years phlebotomist experience preferred
- 1 or more years mobile phlebotomist experience preferred
Compensation: $21.87–$32.28 per hour plus 3rd shift differential; $2.00 per hour float incentive plus mileage reimbursement
