Complete Disaster Services is a growing property restoration company that helps families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by fires, floods and other disasters. We are looking for a sales and marketing representative to educate customers and build lasting relationships with future business prospects. The ideal candidate for this position will possess superior customer service skills as well as proven sales experience within the construction and hospitality fields. Candidate must have an outgoing personality and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Sales experience in the restoration industry, or home improvements preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management and business development strategies.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Utilize various tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
- Build brand awareness by understanding and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical individuals.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction and hospitality fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
