Job Description
A highly regarded Chicago law firm is seeking a senior Private Client attorney to join its sophisticated Trusts & Estates practice.
\n \nThe group advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, family offices, and closely held businesses on complex estate, gift, GST, fiduciary income tax, and wealth transfer matters.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Advise on sophisticated estate and gift tax planning \n
- Structure complex wealth transfer strategies \n
- Handle trust and estate administration matters \n
- Advise closely held businesses on succession planning \n
- Counsel fiduciaries on complex tax issues \n
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated private clients \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Deep Trusts & Estates experience \n
- Strong technical tax background \n
- Significant experience advising HNW and UHNW clients \n
- Experience with complex wealth transfer and administration matters \n
- Illinois Bar admission required \n
- Strong client relationship and advisory skills \n
