Lifestyle Enterprise Adult Family Home

Job Description

We have part-time and some full-time opportunities available, including every-other-weekend shifts, supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a two-bed Adult Family Home. Reporting to the Adult Family Home Administrator, the CNA/CBRF will provide compassionate resident care, medication support, meal preparation, and household assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide resident care for adults with developmental disabilities.
Administer medications in accordance with applicable requirements.
Assist residents with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
Provide mobility assistance.
Prepare meals and support meal planning.
Maintain a clean and orderly home environment.
Document resident care accurately.

Required Qualifications

Completion of a nursing assistant training program.
Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of caregiving experience in an adult family home.
Medication administration experience.
Experience assisting with activities of daily living.
Meal planning experience.
Dementia care experience.
Strong communication skills.
Compassionate approach to resident care.
