Chef Manager

Sodexo is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Chef Manager to lead dining operations at Holy Child of Rosemont , a premier independent school on the Main Line in Bryn Mawr, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build something special in a highly engaged school community that values quality, hospitality, and the overall student experience. We are looking for a culinary leader who can bring energy, creativity, and consistency to the dining program while partnering closely with school leadership. What You’ll Do Oversee all day‑to‑day dining operations, including food production and service execution Lead and develop a small team of 3–4 frontline employees Create fresh, appealing menus that resonate with students and staff Ensure food safety, quality, and consistency at all times Drive a culture of hospitality and strong client partnership Be present, engaged, and visible during service What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
