Sous Chef Position at Autograph Brasserie Job Description: The Fearless Restaurants Sous Chef will lead culinary operations, design seasonal menu items, mentor kitchen staff, maintain food quality, safety, and cost control. They will collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and support daily operations. Responsibilities Lead kitchen staff and oversee cooking operations. Develop and execute seasonal menu items. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Manage inventory, food cost, and budgeting. Coach and train kitchen team members. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation. Assist in creating family‑friendly meal concepts. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience. Advanced knife handling skills. Strong leadership and communication skills. Current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers. Creative menu development experience. Knowledge of food safety, budgeting, and cost optimization. Ability to work all kitchen stations including expo. Passion for local sourcing and farmer relationships. Salary and Benefits Salary $55,000 – $70,000 with potential bonus up to $6,000 a year.
