JOB DESCRIPTION Location - Wilmington, DE, Hybrid In this position, you'll be based in the Wilmington office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. A role you will love As our Relationship Manager I, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships for small to midsized accounts within our ABS. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and provide proactive communication and consultation. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective Corporate Trust products and services to your client(s). You will be responsible for the Relationship Management of Delaware Statutory Trusts. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for large and critical/complex accounts. Ongoing administration of accounts in accordance with applicable documents, state and federal law, and internal policies and procedures. Provide primary client contact, proactive communication and consultation, and coordinate with internal partners for the effective delivery of CCT products and services. Ensure customer satisfaction through designing and implementing a relationship plan that meets customer needs. Represent CCT in developing and maintaining client relationships; sell and promote CCT products and services to existing clients. Conduct contractual document review, negotiation, and manage BSA/AML activities including periodic review; manage outstanding fee receivables and negotiate the supplement/amendment process. Key skills required for the role include: Delaware relationship/client management experience and familiarity with Delaware Statutory Trusts. Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, corporate trust services or account management. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Experience reading and interpreting complex legal documents. Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively, while exercising sound judgment.
