TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27403!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active license required Certifications: BLS ACLS NIH PALS Must-Have: Epic experience required COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only) Description: Immediate start needed. Urgent staffing requirement due to an upcoming event. 3 shifts of 12 hours each, nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Rotating schedules may be considered. Weekends (at least 8 per contract) and holidays are required. Float to other areas as necessary. Candidates are welcomed even if compliance items are pending. Experience in a general emergency department is necessary. Familiarity with both adult and pediatric patients is essential. Proficiency in blood product administration, central line care, and IV management is required. Experience in continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, and procedural sedation is necessary. Ability to manage CPAP/BiPAP and interpret arterial blood gases is needed. Triage experience is essential. Patient ratio during shifts is 1:5. Daily census averages around 120. Unit is supported by interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services and social services. All patient diagnoses are treated within the department. No open background cases permitted. Current driver's license required to verify address.
