Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, both in the clinic environment and as needed for home care visits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility and functionality using evidence-based techniques, including therapeutic exercises and hands-on therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies in response to patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, their caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and the use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and coordinate comprehensive care approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer networking to stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
