Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships.

• Engage actively with families in therapeutic settings to enhance understanding, resolve disputes, and improve relational dynamics.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and therapeutic progress, consistently reassessing and adjusting as needed.

• Assess and accurately diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive psycho-social evaluations, ensuring the formulation of effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care when necessary.

• Maintain organized clinical documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
