Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships

Leading the strategy and execution of partnership growth, the full-time salaried Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships will manage the Business Development Director team, oversee relationships with education-benefits marketplaces, and drive the expansion of partnerships across various sectors, primarily in Indiana, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead and develop the Business Development Director team, setting strategy, pipeline standards, and enrollment targets Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and account growth Execute expansion strategies for workforce development and nonprofit partnerships, focusing on community-based organizations and funding solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred Minimum 10 years of related experience in B2B partnership development or channel sales Experience managing large platform or marketplace relationships, preferably in higher education or edtech Working knowledge of workforce development funding structures and community-based organizations Demonstrated leadership ability to train, supervise, and motivate teams effectively
