Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote mental health care through evidence-based therapeutic programs, utilizing technology to conduct individual and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress, utilizing clinical notes and follow-up communications to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for each participant.

• Serve as an active member of a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients in navigating available resources, including obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify high-risk scenarios during client interactions, applying appropriate crisis intervention techniques and following company protocols to ensure client safety.

• Engage in professional development through regular supervision meetings, monthly team meetings, and participation in company-wide Town Halls.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards as mandated by HIPAA guidelines and actively participate in required compliance training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will directly impact diverse client backgrounds, focusing on individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide clients in developing actionable skills and healthy habits through structured, evidence-based protocols like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). You will facilitate greater self-awareness and resilience among clients, ensuring they experience meaningful improvement in their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A commitment to maintain a consistent therapy schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to provide equitable access to care for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
