About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its national women's fraternity, dedicated to the empowerment of its members through a lifelong experience of sisterhood, service, and leadership development. The CEO will be a bold, visionary, and strategic leader, responsible for shaping the organization's future, guiding its mission, and leading the enterprise into a new chapter of growth and success. This role involves providing strategic leadership for the membership experience, operational strategy, and resource management across four interconnected non-profit entities. The successful candidate will also be tasked with fostering strong relationships with members, volunteers, donors, and stakeholders, and overseeing the growth of the organization to ensure long-term success. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' professional experience in business, association management, or executive leadership. A current member in good standing of the company is strongly desired, and non-profit industry leadership or board experience is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, advanced business acumen, exceptional governance and board management skills, and outstanding presentation and communication abilities. They must be a strategic thought partner, capable of building relationships to further the organization's goals, and a self-aware, collaborative leader with a sense of urgency. The role requires a leader who can manage change, develop talent, and is adept at juggling multiple initiatives in a rapidly changing environment.
