Receptionist

Are you looking for a quick, straightforward temp assignment with a fantastic company? We are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to cover the front desk at a premier client office located in Vienna, VA.

This is a great short-term gig for someone with excellent communication skills who loves greeting people and keeping things organized. Plus, our client frequently needs coverage throughout the year-if you do a great job, you'll be their go-to person for future paid coverage opportunities!

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or office administration role is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the full coverage dates: Sept. 30th - Oct. 9th (Monday - Friday, standard business hours).

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcomes: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, answer basic inquiries, and route lines to the appropriate team members.
• Lobby & Admin Support: Keep the reception area tidy, handle incoming mail/deliveries, and assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
