ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I’ve always been passionate about helping people and building strong relationships, which is what led me into the insurance industry. My husband, Angel, and I have been married for 28 years, and we have two children. I’m a proud graduate of Florida State University where I majored in Risk Management and Insurance — Go ’Noles!

Giving back to the community is a huge part of who I am. I stay actively involved with organizations including the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, Aspire Plant City, the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce, and several local school programs and booster organizations. Building connections and supporting others has always been important to me both personally and professionally.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Courtney Paat - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
