Housing Stability Case Manager (Homeless Services)
Shelter House Volunteer Group
Shelterhouse is seeking a HIPP Case Manager in Cincinnati to support homeless individuals through housing-focused case management, stabilization services, and long-term community support. You will assess needs, develop service plans, arrange housing opportunities, and coordinate services to promote housing retention. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shelter House Volunteer Group
