Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Security Clearance Patrol Inspection in Falls Church, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $26.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AMWed10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports. Communicate observations, policy violations, and maintenance-related concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel in accordance with established protocols. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Secret clearance. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
