The role includes understanding all aspects of store operations, such as visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, while keeping the client top of mind. Minimum two years of previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required. Key Responsibilities The assistant manager will oversee daily store operations, train and motivate staff, manage visual displays, protect assets, control expenses, and ensure a positive customer experience.
