As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in our community, providing total care to our residents and starting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, toileting, and oral care. If you are a trustworthy and respectful individual who is dependable, professional, and a team player, and enjoy serving and caring for seniors, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Provide care to residents as defined by resident plan of care/assignment cardRecord temperature, pulse, respiration, and weightObserve and report any change in condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behaviorMaintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirementsProvide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleaguesRequirements:Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certificationAbility to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulationsDesire to work with the elderlyExperience working as a direct support professional or care giver is preferred, but not requiredWork Schedule:8-hour shiftsAvailable shifts:3pm-11:30pm11pm-7:30amAbout Us:At Colonnade Senior Living, caring for people is our business, and our privilege.
