The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing with a proven track record in scaling subscription-based apps through various stages of growth. The successful candidate will be the first dedicated growth hire and will have full ownership of the growth funnel, from defining strategy to executing experiments across all channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the subscription economy, including trial-to-paid conversions, and a data-driven approach to optimize the entire subscription journey. The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for scaling the growth engine, architecting systems for sustained growth, and managing performance marketing across multiple channels while maintaining strict LTV/CAC efficiency. Applicants for the Head of Growth Marketing position at the company should be adept at data-driven experimentation, with the ability to run numerous experiments monthly and establish a high-velocity testing culture. A strong background in performance marketing, particularly in managing and scaling budgets across various channels, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in product-led growth, partnering with product teams to integrate growth loops, and a proven track record in building CRM and lifecycle strategies to maximize LTV and reduce churn. A seed-stage mindset, characterized by a player-coach mentality and the ability to balance hands-on tasks with team leadership, is a key attribute for the role.
