Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual English-Spanish Insurance Rep for a direct hire opportunity in Torrance, CA. Key Responsibilities Assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients with insurance questions, policy information, and service requests. Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and in person as needed. Review client information for accuracy and help maintain organized records and documentation. Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account maintenance. Communicate clearly with clients and internal team members to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution. Deliver a positive client experience through accuracy, patience, and strong attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $56,000 per year. Job Type: Direct Hire. Location: Torrance, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills Previous customer service experience required. Insurance industry experience. Bilingual Spanish. Property & Casualty (P&C) License is a plus. Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and managing client information accurately.
