Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in the recruitment process at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site at our Oakland headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the candidate offer process, including background verification, pre-employment drug screens, offer approval, SAP entry, and candidate correspondence.
• Partner with Recruiters and the Recruiting Manager to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee travel arrangements and communications for candidates.
• Respond proactively and positively to candidate inquiries and needs.
• Maintain and audit the applicant tracking system for compliance and accurate tracking.
• Facilitate the transition from candidate to new hire onboarding.
• Create and manage new hire documents, ensuring timely receipt.
• Generate reports from the applicant tracking system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferences:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP eRecruiting (ATS).
• Experience with HireRight (background check vendor).
