** Payroll Administrator | Temp-to-Permanent **
We’re hiring an experienced Payroll Administrator for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity in Fullerton, CA !
Pay: $29–$30/hr
Location: Fullerton office; occasional travel to Rancho or SFS may be required
** Schedule: ** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Flexible start times available (7:00 or 7:30 AM)
** Payroll: ** Approximately 300 employees
** Requirements: **
- ** 5+ years ** of payroll experience
- ** ADP Workforce Now – required **
- Must be Bilingual Spanish
- Strong knowledge of California labor and payroll laws
- Full-cycle payroll experience, including timekeeping, overtime, deductions, bonuses, PTO/sick time, leaves, terminations, corrections, and reporting
- Strong accounting/payroll fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail
