Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to trauma patients focusing on acute and chronic needs for those that are hemodynamically and medically stable.
• Collaborate with care teams, including CNAs, care techs, transport teams, and swoop/paramedics, to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer and manage cardiac and vasoactive drips across various floors as required.
• Adhere to staffing ratios of 1:5 days and 1:6 nights, with potential adjustments.
• Operate with EPIC charting systems for all patient documentation.
• Float to various units within the scope to meet facility needs, including possible assignments at the Bellevue campus.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital is required.
• EPIC charting experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a Level I Academic Medical Center is preferred.
• Ability to handle complex trauma care with comprehensive management skills.
• Must be 100% nicotine-free and comply with mandatory wearing of Steele gray scrubs.
