Role Description The Business Development & Product Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Simpsonville, SC. This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across TELECO’s technology solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal and closing. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to deepen product knowledge, assist in product positioning, and ensure that solutions are aligned with customer goals. The role also involves providing post‑sale support in coordination with service teams to promote customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage prospects, present solutions, and maintain long‑term client relationships. Demonstrated analytical skills and market research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform business development strategies. Proven lead generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and qualifying opportunities. Familiarity with B2B technology solutions (e.g., communications, IT, or security systems) is highly beneficial. Ability to work on‑site in Simpsonville, SC, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools to track activities, manage accounts, and generate reports. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
