Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and address mental health concerns presented by clients. This involves evaluating client acuity, identifying strengths, and articulating treatment needs.

• Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans that are culturally appropriate and sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Provide outpatient mental health services, including individual and family counseling sessions, utilizing trauma-informed practices to support clients in their healing journeys.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric providers and social services, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves vulnerable populations experiencing mental health challenges, including individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active clinical licensure in California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Adherence to attendance expectations, maintaining a consistent schedule as per the organizational guidelines.

• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality in client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Easy Way Psychological Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 .
