Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring ongoing documentation adheres to clinic policies.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits weekly, providing both in-person and virtual therapy sessions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while nurturing therapeutic relationships to facilitate healing and personal growth.

• Employ innovative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in reaching and exceeding their mental health goals.

• Prepare and submit timely documentation for each session, such as individual treatment notes and progress reports, in accordance with company protocols.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other professionals involved in clients' care to ensure comprehensive support.

• Attend clinical staff meetings and further training sessions to stay current on therapy practices and enhance personal skill sets.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $81,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonuses.
