Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of hire.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment.
