Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative

Providing exceptional support to plan participants, the full-time Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative will assist with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans, working remotely while residing within 2 hours of Mt. Laurel for occasional in-office requirements. Key Responsibilities Quickly build rapport with plan participants and respond to inquiries in a compassionate and timely manner via phone, email, and instant messaging Safeguard confidential information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms for customers Maintain accurate documentation of calls and case notes, while collaborating respectfully with colleagues and participating in team meetings and training Required Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus Experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a call center environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows during customer interactions Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and follow oral and written instructions accurately Comfortable working in a virtual environment with online training and communication with supervisors
