AR Clerk

We are partnering with a growing organization in Plymouth to identify an AR Clerk to support day-to-day accounts receivable and accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with some accounting, billing, or administrative experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to continue building their accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts receivable and daily cash application activities
• Process and post customer payments accurately and timely
• Assist with customer invoicing and account maintenance
• Research payment discrepancies and outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Respond to internal and external questions related to invoices and payments
• Support account reconciliations and other accounting activities as needed
• Assist the accounting team with additional projects and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or related administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Must be local to Minnesota
