In this position, you will directly contribute to ensuring that patients after a hospital stay are safely, quickly, and optimally transitioned to outpatient care. You will connect clinics, homecare providers, and private physiciansensuring that people receive the therapies they need.

Your tasks:

Gebiet & Kundenverantwortung

• Sales of our portfolio in parenteral nutrition in the homecare environment and our pharmaceutical products with a focus on hospitals and homecare partners
• Planning and control of all activities in your own area (sales, measures, annual planning)

berleitungsmanagement Klinik ? Homecare

• Ensuring a smooth patient flow between hospitals, homecare providers, and private physicians
• Close cooperation with case managers, DLV partners, and nursing services
• Active shaping of transition processes for safe outpatient care

Netzwerkaufbau & Stakeholder?Management

• Expansion and maintenance of a strong network of oncologists, SAPV teams, palliative networks, nursing homes, and other HCPs
• New customer acquisition and development of existing partnerships
• Participation in congresses, events, and regional network meetings

Schulungen & fachliche Untersttzung

• Conducting product discussions, training, and workshops for homecare providers and medical professionals
• Expert advice on therapies, indications, and care processes

Ihr Profil

• Scientific studies, clinical training, or business background alternatively: nursing profession, diet assistant, nutritional science
• Pharmaceutical representative (IHK) or knowledge 75 AMG
• Medical device consultant 31 MPG (can be obtained later)

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the German healthcare market, ideally homecare experience
• Very good knowledge of the German pharmaceutical and homecare market
• Secure handling of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office

• Confident appearance in the medical environment combined with communication and networking skills
• High willingness to travel (45 days/week, self-responsible appointment scheduling)
• Very good German and English language skills
