Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support a manufacturing project through the final design, installation, commissioning, and startup phases. The ideal candidate will have experience in process engineering, capital projects, and equipment implementation within a manufacturing environment.

Title: Process Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities

Support process design and project planning during the final design phase.
Develop and review process and equipment specifications.
Prepare and maintain engineering and project documentation.
Support equipment installation and commissioning activities.
Assist with startup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and resolve process and equipment-related issues during startup.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing process engineering; food or beverage industry experience is preferred.
Experience supporting capital projects from design through startup.
Strong understanding of process design, equipment implementation, and commissioning.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
