ResponsibilitiesLead our sales initiatives by identifying and engaging potential clients who need robust coverage solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our footprint throughout the Nashua area.
Collaborate with underwriters to structure policies that address specific client risks while maintaining profitability.
Mentor junior staff members by sharing industry insights and effective communication techniques.
Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and build meaningful professional relationships.
Analyze current market trends to proactively suggest new products or service improvements to our executive team.
RequirementsActive New Hampshire Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within the local Nashua business community.
Advanced proficiency in agency management software and digital documentation.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines risk assessment.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain professional referral partnerships.
