ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (PART TIME) Detroit, MI (ONSITE Tues/Wed/Thus) 25 hours/week $21–$25/hr Quick Summary: Need a solid AP pro to jump in fast and keep invoices/payments moving. This is hands‑on invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and payment support. Strong Excel is a must. What you’ll be doing: Process and code vendor invoices; ensure approvals and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor info (EFT/ACH, address, W-9/1099) Enter invoices in Financial Edge and support check runs/ACH + positive pay Handle payment/invoice inquiries and support basic reconciliations/journal entries as needed Must‑Haves (Non‑Negotiable): 3+ years recent Accounts Payable experience Comfortable working onsite in Detroit Tues/Wed/Thurs (no remote days) Intermediate Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS) Able to pass background check + drug screen Keywords: Accounts Payable Specialist, AP Specialist, invoice processing, Financial Edge, ACH, positive pay, vendor maintenance, W-9, 1099, reconciliations, Excel pivots, Detroit MI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
