Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at a surplus lines insurance brokerage, where I built a strong foundation in the insurance industry. As I began reaching the peak of my growth there, I knew I was ready for the next challenge. My dad is also a State Farm agent, so agency ownership was something I had been exposed to for years and always knew I wanted to pursue. I’m a graduate of Whitworth University in Spokane and am married. Outside of the office, I enjoy golfing, traveling, spending time at the lake, and getting together with family and friends - and, of course, spending time with our dog. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for Jared Christy - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
