Boot Barn is seeking Key Holders who will engage with customers and provide leadership while embodying the company's mission and values.
Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Holders will be responsible for driving store sales, assisting with team development, and maintaining operational procedures.
