Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new leads, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. We are seeking a self-motivated go-getter with excellent communication skills. You must excel at connecting with potential customers through email, phone and video conferencing to demonstrate our services. We expect this position will help IMAJION meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesUtilize the Company's CRM regularly to manage contacts, leads and opportunitiesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsQUALIFICATIONSAt least 5 years of software and/or technology sales experience, with at least 2 years selling directly to the AEC industry a plusAbility to efficiently qualify prospective leadsExperience with Target Account Selling (TAS) or equivalent sales tools preferredExtensive experience with and knowledge of HubSpot is a requirementThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachExceptional written and oral communication skillsLocation: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, 89011Keywords: ar, AEC, construction, constructiontech, augmented reality, conferencingIndustries: Software DevelopmentCommission Structure: 15% Sell-in cycle: 60 – 100 days
